Nestled between the Tasting Room and Production Facility at Longhorn Cellars, you will find Wranglers Prime Rib Barn. We are serving up the finest cuts of beef with exceptional quality, generous portions, and a warm and inviting atmosphere where every guest feels like family. Enjoy “from scratch” menu options and featured wines from Longhorn Cellars to pair with the tasty dishes.

Our Story

Wranglers Prime Rib Barn was born when co-owner Deanna Dickey began sharing her passion for cooking and time-honored recipes with members of Longhorn Cellars at winery events. Deanna ran a B&B in the Hill Country until 2018, where Breakfast was talked about by many people who were her guests. The addition of Wranglers Prime Rib Barn to the Longhorn Cellars property adds to the property’s “Experience the Best of Texas” theme. Coming soon, you will experience some craft beers and spirits on the premises as well as in the dining room.

Our Chef

We have partnered with Chef Chris Good to curate special recipes and bring the Texas experience to life. Chris brings a wealth of culinary experience to the table, having worked and curated many dishes from different worldly cuisines, such as Japanese, Mediterranean, Spanish, South American, and Mexican. Chef Good has brought a new set of Texas-inspired dishes to the Wranglers Menu and will be featuring specials weekly.

Our Atmosphere

Step into Wranglers and you will find yourself transported to an authentic Western Prime Rib barn and Steakhouse. Our rustic barn setting is elegant yet a comfortable, relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. The warm glow of iron chandeliers creates the perfect ambiance for everything from intimate dinners to family celebrations. You can view the vineyard through the large garage doors which can also be opened for al fresco dining on a beautiful day in the Texas Hill Country.

Our Commitment

We source our beef from Regional ranches, hand-select our produce from regional farmers, and make every sauce and side dish from scratch. Our menu is limited to house favorites; however, daily specials will ensure that every visit to Wranglers is memorable.
